Mr. Rohr has been active in wind engineering since 2012 when he joined CPP. He has since worked extensively on structures worldwide and is the engineering manager of CPP’s CFD group which spans the US, Canada, Australia, and France.

Christian completed his engineering degree at the University of Cambridge in 2010, followed by an M.Sc. from Loughborough University with a focus on the advanced use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Since returning to Australia, he has worked with Cermak Peterka Petersen with a strong focus on the development of state-of-the-art CFD for the accurate prediction of flow fields around structures.

He is responsible for the ongoing development of CPP’s CFD capability and wind tunnel analysis techniques and has worked with clients in the construction, aviation, and renewable industries on the topics of structural dynamics, aircraft response to building induced wind shear and turbulence, and pedestrian level winds.

Christian has authored several conference proceedings papers, presented at multiple international conferences, and is a member of the Australasian Wind Engineering Society.
