Adrian Manzanares serves as Principal and Senior Manager for CPP’s Australian and Malaysian Design Teams, as well as Interim Operations Manager for the Malaysian operation, bringing more than three decades of experience in design, model fabrication, and global technical leadership. Since joining CPP in 1989 as a Model Shop Technician, he has progressed through a broad range of technical and leadership roles, building expertise from hands-on model making and drafting through to senior management across multiple international offices.

A long-standing leader within CPP, Adrian has played a pivotal role in advancing the development of sophisticated 3D CAD models and the adoption of advanced digital design technologies, significantly improving precision, efficiency, and scalability of CPP’s design workflows. He staunchly advocates for continuous improvement and has been instrumental in expanding CPP’s global 3D printing and digital design capabilities.

Adrian also leads CPP’s global integrated design initiative, aligning design procedures, standards, and workflows across all operational hubs. His leadership has been central to establishing a unified and scalable global design framework that strengthens consistency, improves efficiency, and supports seamless project delivery.

In his role as Malaysian Operations Manager, Adrian oversees the performance, development, and training of the design and laboratory teams. He is responsible for implementing best practices, mentoring senior staff, and driving consistency in project execution and delivery. He plays a key role in coordinating operational efforts throughout multiple regions ensuring alignment, communication, and collaboration across all CPP global teams.
