Oliver Napp has served as CEO of CPP since June 2013, leading the company through a period of international growth, operational development, and strategic expansion.
He joined CPP with more than a decade of executive leadership experience in engineering and consulting services, including senior roles with P3-Group. Over the course of his career, he has built and scaled new service lines, entered new geographic markets, led organizational transitions, and developed high-performing international teams across the United States, Canada, and India.
At CPP, Oliver focuses on shaping a company that helps clients navigate a more complex built and natural environment; one defined by increasing demands around sustainability, resilience, and safety. He has helped guide CPP’s evolution into a forward-looking consulting business that combines technical excellence with practical insight, supporting clients as they design, assess, and improve the performance of buildings, infrastructure, and energy assets.
In addition to driving growth, Oliver is committed to building strong internal systems, an engaged workplace culture, and a customer-centered organization that can adapt quickly to emerging challenges and opportunities.
Oliver holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA.
