Tom brings over 30 years of executive management experience in mergers & acquisitions, legal, finance, audit, administration, and IT with public and private technology, manufacturing, and service companies. His previous successes include driving the M&A growth strategy at several public companies (significantly increasing revenue, operating income, and share price), leading the global integration of acquired businesses, and raising over $6 billion in debt and equity. Tom has been a member of CPP’s Board of Directors since 2015 and is an NACD-certified director.
Tom holds a Master’s in Business Administration (with distinction), Juris Doctor, and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Electrical Systems.
