Oliver Napp joined CPP as Chief Executive Officer in June 2013.
Oliver came to the company with a decade of executive management experience in engineering and consulting services, primarily with the P3-Group. His previous successes include establishing and growing new services, entering new geographic markets, overseeing leadership transitions, and creating effective international teams in the US, Canada, and India.
As CEO, Oliver is accountable for stable and efficient business processes throughout the company, as well as stimulating CPP’s unique corporate culture and workplace environment. In addition to improving operational processes, he focuses on creating a sustainable growth and a customer-centric environment.
“We need to continue to build CPP around our customer’s needs. This customer orientation, paired with modern, innovative ways to improve productivity and quality, inevitably creates growth. And our improved financial performance shows that we are on the right track to achieve our goals,” Oliver states outlining CPP’s forward-looking strategy.
When asked why he joined CPP, Oliver replied, “The potential of CPP is incredible. This is a company of pioneers and innovators who do some really cool work. We have world-class engineers who perform leading research and apply it to commercial work to help our clients design better buildings and structures. Who wouldn’t be excited by this?”
Oliver holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA.
