CPP’s staff is comprised of leading Wind Engineering Consultants and our customers include many of the world’s top architects and engineers. We operate two boundary-layer wind tunnels in our laboratory in Windsor, Colorado, located along the front range of the Rocky Mountains. We also operate a boundary-layer wind tunnel in Sydney, Australia, one in Kuala Lumpur, along with an engineering office in Toronto, Canada area.
We are currently searching for a Business Support Administrator.
- Compiling base proposals for the Business Development team
- Final quality check for client proposals and reports
- Maintaining the Corporate Electronic Library
- Updating information in the CPP project database (company and client contact info, proposal information, contract tracking, project information)
- Filing electronic records
- Preparing international & domestic shipments
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls
- Fielding general inquiries internally and externally
- Greeting visitors to the office and preparing for client visits
- Managing a records retention schedule and purging obsolete records
- Tracking PE licensure for staff
- Coordinating office vendor services (cleaning, coffee service, office supplies, etc.)
- Coordinate company tours (ordering lunch, parking, set-up, etc.)
- Certificates of insurance and vendor registration
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years or more of experience in an administrative or client-facing role
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with CPP staff and clients
- Excellent and proven MS Word skills
- Familiarity with other MS Office software and use of databases
- Strong interpersonal skills with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures
- High school diploma, additional training, or education is preferred
Pay Range: $17.00 to 19.00 (USD) per hour
