CPP’s Brad Cochran will speak at the annual conference of the China Chapter of the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL), held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, July 30-31, 2018.
I2SL is dedicated to advancing sustainable laboratories globally. The conference will explore topics such as laboratory certification and management, lab design from a user’s perspective, current challenges in eco-friendly labs, and more.
Brad Cochran, speaking the afternoon of July 30, will address Using airflow modeling to optimize ventilation requirements in laboratory design.
Laboratories consume more energy than a typical office building, largely because of ventilation. Designing ventilation systems based on rules of thumb can miss major opportunities. Cochran will describe how airflow modeling can be used to maximize ventilation effectiveness and minimize energy consumption.
The conference provides numerous networking opportunities during which we encourage attendees to chat with Brad.
