Jessica Standard is the Master Scheduler and Project Management Group Manager at CPP, with more than 15 years of experience supporting the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects. Since joining CPP in 2010, she has held progressive roles in project administration, project management, and operations leadership.
Jessica has supported a wide range of project types, including high‑rise and mixed‑use developments, stadiums and arenas, data centers, university campus buildings, and large‑scale solar installations. Her experience spans both highly technical building programs and fast‑paced, schedule‑driven testing environments.
As Master Scheduler, Jessica leads the strategic coordination of CPP’s personnel, facilities, and testing resources across the firm’s portfolio. She works closely with engineering, laboratory, and project management teams to align priorities, balance competing demands, and enable the nimble execution of wind tunnel and specialty testing projects while maintaining schedule certainty for clients.
In her role as Manager of the Project Management Group, Jessica oversees the development, performance, and continuous improvement of CPP’s project management team. She is responsible for establishing best practices, mentoring project managers, and aligning project execution with broader business and operational objectives. She is widely recognized for her ability to connect people, processes, and systems to improve clarity, efficiency, and client outcomes. In addition, Jessica plays a key leadership role in CPP’s business support functions, providing oversight and coordination across contracts, project financial performance, and revenue management to support consistent, high quality execution across the firm.
