Malachi is the Laboratory Operations Manager for CPP’s Australian Operations and has over 10 years of experience in people management, process-driven operations, and change management. He has come to us from the resource sector and helped identify and improve efficiencies across 3D printing, model fabrication, and testing.
With a passion for continuous improvement, he has restructured the Lab team and implemented clear roles and responsibilities, authorities, and KPIs for each role and subgroup, streamlining workflows and motivating the team. With strong leadership, direction, and mentoring, and a focus on contribution and feedback, Malachi fosters and sustains a culture of collaboration and team spirit while implementing, monitoring, and reporting on plans to meet the strategic goals and interests of CPP.
